1. Beginning the operation of the hazardous waste detoxification incinerator

PPLi has a landfill site that was authorized as hazardous waste landfill, currently the only one in Indonesia, and provides comprehensive waste treatment services including waste transportation, blending/conversion to energy, segregation/recycling, liquid waste treatment, and landfill.

The hazardous waste detoxification incinerator, which approval was obtained and will begin operating, is low-carbon-type waste treatment equipment that requires minimal supplemental fuel except for at ignition, as well as has the largest treatment capacity in Indonesia and a sufficient exhaust gas treatment feature. This will enable PPLi to accept more hazardous waste with properties that are unsuitable for conversion to energy or landfill treatment.
