ECO-SYSTEM SANYO Hosts Junior High School Students for Hands-on Work Experience

For four days from June 4 through 7, 2019, ECO-SYSTEM SANYO CO., LTD. (Kume District, Okayama Prefecture) hosted two students from the nearby Yanahara Junior High School for hands-on work experience.

To help local junior high school students acquire hands-on work experience and to create an opportunity for them to think about their future careers, ECO-SYSTEM SANYO has been hosting students for hands-on work experience for more than 10 years.

This year, the students learned about waste material incoming inspection and component analysis, etc., which are part of the operations of the Quality Control Section. Additionally, through this exercise, we helped the students deepen their understanding of the importance of the work of properly processing waste materials.

Although the students seemed nervous in the beginning, they gradually relaxed and began to actively ask questions.

The DOWA Group plans to continue this type of initiative and treasures such communication opportunities as a locally rooted company.
