GOLDEN DOWA ECO-SYSTEM MYANMAR Hosts Plant Tours
GOLDEN DOWA ECO-SYSTEM MYANMAR CO., LTD. (inside the Thilawa Special Economic Zone, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar), invited neighboring residents to a plant tour on January 26, 2019.
GOLDEN DOWA ECO-SYSTEM MYANMAR is located near a town called Alwan Suit where about 1,000 people live along with workers from DOWA and other companies in the Thilawa SEZ. The plant tours drew 80 people who were guided through the main facilities including the sorting and recycling plant, the landfill area, and the waste water treatment facility.
The DOWA Group will continue to use these communication opportunities to help the surrounding residents better understand how we engage in the appropriate treatment of waste materials.
