DOWA Eco-system suggested "Policy for Climate Change in Japan" to Minister of the Environment of Japan, as a member of "Japan Climate Leaders' Partnership".

"Japan Climate Leaders' Partnership (http://japan-clp.jp/index.html)” (Japan-CLP) visited Mr. Yoshio Mochizuki, Minister of the Environment and submitted "Policy Proposal for Climate Change in Japan" on 2nd March, 2015.

This policy proposal was presented to policymakers in Japan by considering trend and scientific knowledge related to climate change both overseas and in Japan. It suggests to early create the mid-term target around 2030 for reducing the greenhouse effect gas emissions by at least 80% until 2050 and transfer to the green economy including pricing of carbon to achieve the target.

Japan-CLP is the first enterprise network in Japan aiming to realize a sustainable low-carbon society.
